Concord, NH – Without a winner in Tuesday’s drawing, the New Hampshire Lottery is projecting Friday’s (12/30) Mega Millions drawing will reach $640 million, which will be the last Mega Millions drawing of 2022. The anticipated $640 million jackpot would be the sixth-largest Mega Millions jackpot in history. The New Hampshire Lottery projects the one-time cash payout will increase to $329.3 million. (Estimated jackpot amounts are determined before taxes are withheld.)

The anticipated $640 million Mega Millions jackpot has been growing since October 14, 2022, when lucky players in California and Florida split a $494 million jackpot prize. Since the drawing on October 14, there have been 21 consecutive drawings without a winner.
The largest Mega Millions jackpot on record was $1.537 billion, which was won October 23, 2018.
