CONCORD, N.H. – New Hampshire Lottery players have the opportunity to win nearly $1 billion in combined Mega Millions and Powerball jackpots in drawings tomorrow and Wednesday. The New Hampshire Lottery is expecting the Mega Millions jackpot to jump to $654 million for Tuesday’s drawing, which would make it the second-largest jackpot in Mega Millions history and the fourth-largest lottery jackpot overall. The New Hampshire Lottery is also expecting the Powerball jackpot to increase to $345 million for Wednesday’s drawing. (Estimated jackpot amounts are determined before taxes are withheld.)
The New Hampshire Lottery is anticipating the Mega Millions one-time cash payout will increase to $372.6 million for Tuesday’s drawing and the Powerball one-time cash payout will reach $199 million for Wednesday’s drawing.

The Mega Millions drawing results from Friday, October 12, were: 4-24-46-61-70 MB-7 with a Megaplier of 3.
The Powerball drawing results from Saturday, October 13, were: 11-14-32-43-65 PB-15 with a Power Play of 3.
The top-five largest lottery jackpots on record are:
- $1.586 billion Powerball jackpot – January 2016
- $758.7 million Powerball jackpot – August 2017
- $656 million Mega Millions jackpot – March 2012
- $654 million Mega Millions jackpot – October 2018 (anticipated)
- $648 million Mega Millions jackpot – December 2013
This estimated $654 million Mega Millions jackpot has been growing since July 24, when an 11-member office pool in California won a $543 million jackpot.
The expected $345 million Powerball jackpot has been growing since August 11, when a $245.7 million winning ticket was sold in New York.
Mega Millions drawings are held Tuesdays and Fridays at 11:00 PM and tickets are on sale until 9:50 PM Tuesday.
Powerball drawings are held Wednesdays and Saturdays at 10:59 PM ET.
