Lottery Commission Issues RFP for Instant Ticket Printing and Related Services.

Title: Request for Proposal for INSTANT TICKET PRINTING SERVICES
 
Purpose of RFP: The purpose of this RFP is for the NHLC to enter into a contract for Instant Lottery Ticket production, game design and related services.  The current Instant Ticket Printing contract expires on June 30, 2017 and NHLC desires to enter into a new contract effective July 1, 2017.
 
Interested vendors are required to submit a written Intent to Bid to the NHLC Contracting Officer no later than January 10, 2017.  Only vendors submitting an Intent to Bid letter will receive any further notices and responses relating to this RFP.
