2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) is Here!

What is 2FA?

Two-factor authentication (2FA) increases the security of your account by requiring two ways to verify that you are logging in. With NH iLottery (online play) and My603Rewards (loyalty and rewards program), you will be asked for your password and a six-digit code sent to the email address on your account. 2FA helps protect your account from phishing attempts, password hacking attempts, or compromised passwords for extra peace of mind while you play.

When will I be asked to use 2FA to sign in?

You will be asked for a Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) code the first time you log in on May 19, 2025 and after, also the first time you log into your NH iLottery/My603Rewards account on a new device. You will also be asked to complete 2FA after clearing your cache or cookies on your browser, or when you first access the NH Lottery app. This step, to provide additional security for your account, will occur every 3 months.

For successful 2FA:

IMPORTANT:

Remember to confirm that you have access to the email address you use for iLottery or My603Rewards. If not, you will not receive the 2FA six-digit code in order to log into your account, for your first withdrawal, when changing your email address, or updating your phone number. If you do not have access to, or have never received an email from the New Hampshire Lottery, please follow the steps further down the page to update your information. Check your email settings to ensure you have not marked the New Hampshire Lottery as SPAM. Make sure you're signed up to receive these marketing emails from the New Hampshire Lottery. We use these emails to alert you to security updates as well as new features so that you can be informed. If you have access to your email and are not getting 2FA code emails for updating your password or phone number, work with your email provider and ensure they are not blocking New Hampshire Lottery emails. In the future, we will add the option to receive your 2FA code through text. Be ready and make sure that your phone number is up to date. To ensure the safety and security of your accounts, you will be asked periodically to authenticate your account via 2FA.

If your
