The fourth of five second chance drawings for the $5 NE Patriots scratch ticket was held at Lottery Headquarters on Friday, March 4. Awarded at that drawing was an away game trip package as well as season ticket packages, single game ticket packages, autographed footballs and autographed jerseys.
